Denise Morales

Ms. Morales began her real estate appraisal career upon graduating from the University of Florida. During this time she has completed valuation and consulting assignments for commercial banks, investment banks, pension funds, life insurance companies, and thrift institutions. 

Ms. Morales has appraised various types of property including apartments, hotels, restaurants, offices, industrial, land, service stations, religious facilities, etc. She maintains a specialty practice in daycare facilities. 

She has first-hand experience in all aspects of appraising commercial properties, as well as expanding her knowledge through continuing education with the Appraisal Institute.
